PARTY TIMES & PRICING
School Days (Monday through Thursday):
Time slots are available at 4:30pm starting at $400.
Saturday, Sunday, Holidays:
Time slots are available for 10am, and when available 1pm, starting at $500. During busy times we may opt for 9:30am and 9:45am time slots as well.
Parties with over 50 guests will be charged at a rate of $12 per guest.
Additional time slots are available on select days, contact us for more information.
ADULT PARTIES:
From January to March, we are booking Adult parties on Saturdays at 9pm and Sundays at 5pm, starting at $600. Contact us for more information.

How much does a reservation cost?
Typically, to lock in a party for a time slot we ask for half of the total payment upfront, with the remainder due on the day of the event. We are flexible with fundraisers, non-profits, and schools.
What are the birthday parties like?
The Birthday Parties at Sayville Theater are some of the fondest memories many people have growing up. Give your child and 30 of their friends an unforgettable experience they will be grateful for their entire lives. Parties typically include the movie, popcorn, soda and allow you to bring your own outside food such as pizza, bagels, or cake. You are also given 20 minutes post-movie for festivities such as singing Happy Birthday and/or exchanging gifts.
What movies are you able to play?
We are able to play any movie we are currently playing, and any movie available to the general public (DVD/streaming) or for purchase.
What time will my movie start? When should I tell my guests to arrive?
Your movie will start approximately at the same time as your time slot, so if your party is booked for 10am then your movie will begin at 10am. We would encourage inviting your guests to arrive 15 minutes before your time slot, so if your time slot is for 10am, we would recommend telling your guests to arrive at 9:45am. Times are negotiable upon request.
Can I bring outside food?
Yes, you are encouraged to bring any outside foods of your choosing. Guests typically bring in bagels or pizza for consumption during the movie, and may bring cake to sing Happy Birthday and exchange gifts. We have a freezer for frozen cakes.
Who is included in the 33 guests?
Anyone who watches the movie is included in the count. If parents stay with their kids for the movie, they will be included in the final headcount; if parents are dropping off and picking up their kids, they will not be included in the final headcount.
